• Understand what happens when roles are too broad (and how to fix it)

Part 2: Orchestration + Handoffs

Then you’ll connect everything into a working system:

• Build the orchestration layer that connects agents
• Create structured handoffs between agents
• Pass outputs between agents automatically
• Add human checkpoints where they actually matter

By the end, your system runs end-to-end.

Meet the Builder Behind the Build

Shubham Lal is an AI entrepreneur, technology leader, and former Microsoft engineer with over a decade of experience building across AI, software engineering, cloud, data science, and developer technologies. At Microsoft, he worked across enterprise cloud, AI, productivity, and developer-tooling teams, building technology at scale.

Today, he is the Founder and CEO of AI Linc, an AI-native education company focused on helping people learn and apply technology through hands-on building. Having worked across the engineering and AI ecosystem, Shubham brings a practical perspective on how AI systems are designed, built, and put to work.
